Share your menu on WhatsApp

Message formats, link previews, and follow-up timing that get more profile visits.

Lead with one link, not five

Prospects lose trust when you send separate links for every opportunity. Put your mymenu URL in your WhatsApp bio, pinned status, and first reply — one professional menu they can browse anytime.

Message formats that get opens

Keep the first line personal (“Hi [name], here’s the menu I mentioned”). On the next line, paste your mymenu link alone so WhatsApp generates a rich preview. Add one sentence on what they’ll find inside (e.g. “Three opportunities + WhatsApp buttons”).

Link previews and follow-up timing

Update your menu headline or hero image before a big push so the preview looks fresh. If someone views but doesn’t reply, follow up in 24–48 hours with a single question (“Which opportunity should I explain first?”) instead of resending the full link.

Status posts and broadcast lists

Rotate short status updates: screenshot your menu, highlight one opportunity, end with “Reply MENU for the link.” For warm lists, send the link once per week max so you stay helpful, not spammy.
