Agreement
By creating an account or using mymenu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact details so verification codes and important notices can reach you. One person or business entity per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Your content and uploads
You own the content you publish (text, images, videos, PDFs, links). You grant mymenu a limited licence to host and display it so your public menu and team pages work. You must have rights to everything you upload and must not publish illegal, misleading, or harmful material. Opportunity pages may include earnings disclaimers — you are responsible for claims you make to prospects.
Leads, WhatsApp, and email
When visitors submit a lead form, you receive their details in your dashboard. You must use that information lawfully (e.g. POPIA/GDPR where applicable) and only contact people in ways they expect — typically WhatsApp or email follow-up. Do not spam, sell lead lists without consent, or misrepresent who will contact the prospect. Team rotation assigns leads to members you configure; you are responsible for how your team uses those leads.
Plans and payments
Free, Pro, and Team plans have feature limits described on the pricing page. Paid access is a time-limited purchase via Constrapay Hub — not an auto-renewing subscription unless we state otherwise. Refunds follow our support policy; contact support for billing disputes.
Acceptable use
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass security.
- No phishing, malware, or impersonation of other users or brands.
- No excessive automated traffic that degrades the service for others.
Disclaimer
mymenu is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific income, lead volume, or uptime. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
You may stop using mymenu at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to other users. On termination, public pages may be taken offline; export leads you need before closing your account.
